«Ubumwe is a central hotel in Kigali with all facilities. It was easy to communicate with them in advance about late arrival/check-in and pick-up from airport. My room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Breakfast on the top floor of the building is amazing, as you can see the sunrise while eating. Breakfast had a big selection of cold and hot food. Reception is always helpful. A young man there even helped me post my postcards from post office as the post office was closed on Saturdays ...

«Very convenient and nice hotel in the centre of Kigali. The rooms are large with a good bathroom. It has both a fridge and a sofa that I appreciated, plus a good breakfast with nice views. The staff where friendly and smiling, and dinner at the Bamboo restaurant was very good. So I would stay again!»

«Herlig opphold på flott hotell. Personalet var veldig dyktige og veldig hyggelige. Frokosten var kjempegod med godt utvalg og masse fersk frukt. Rommet var romslig, og rikelig med drikkevann som var inkludert. Snackbaren på uteområdet var et veldig hyyggelig sted, med live musikk noen kvelder. De ansatte virket som de trives på jobb.»

«I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff is super pleasant and attentive, while giving guests their space, which I find important. The food is totally fantastic! (Naan bread must be tried). My room was spotless clean. Sound isolation from outside noise not optimal, but got used to it after the first night. WiFi was problematic, many dropouts, this should be fixed. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and that is a major plus as Kigali tends to have traffic jams. Recommended!»
