«Good rooms if a bit dated. Try to get one that opens to the front with small balcony. Madame Lise was very helpful and friendly. Good bar and good location. Just down the street from "Urban by City Blue" hotel which has neeer rooms and better rooftop views. WiFi worked well but need to login to various locations depending where you are on the property. »

Central hotel in Kigali
"Ubumwe is a central hotel in Kigali with all facilities. It was easy to communicate with them in advance about late arrival/check-in and pick-up from airport. My room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Breakfast on the top floor of the building is amazing, as you can see the sunrise while eating. Breakfast had a big selection of cold and hot food. Reception is always helpful. A young man there even helped me post my postcards from post office as the post office was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Perfect and honest service that I appreciated a lot!"
