«This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.»

«Lovely property with the redwood basically growing straight out of the house. It was built in 1906, but things have been kept updated. The glass in the front windows has that wavy, old look to it and looks original, along with possibly the front door.None of us liked the pillows. They were that memory foam material and they were too thick. Maybe there were some spare regular pillows somewhere, but we were too tired to complain or search. The host seems kind of fake by sending copy-paste messages ...

«We had a lovely stay at Marin Castle. We came for the view and it didn’t disappoint! Alice was a fantastic host and answered all of our questions quickly. We were in town to visit family in Alameda and Petaluma. If we come again, we would plan for several days of relaxation on top of the mountain rather than go up and down the mountain for our visits as it added extra time to our day.
