The space
GROUND FLOOR

Living room, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. All located on ground floor, accessible single floor living.

Lounge has a single sofa-bed. Extra bedding can be found in bedroom 1.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 1 has a double-size bed, Wardrobe, Desk and Chair, Iron and ironing board, and an air dryer. Extra bedding and guest towels.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, a chest of drawers, a clothing rack, a chair and additional storage.
Guest access
All the house, garden access only for taking out rubbish.
No access to the shed, basement, or storage cupboard in bedroom 1.

EXTRA CHARGES

FREE on-street parking at the property.
We now have a guest permit.
Please know there is a £300 charge for any lost/stolen/unreturned permits.

Please know there is an additional guest charge of only £10 per night, per additional guest, this is applicable for bookings with more than 4 guests.
Please ensure you select the correct number of guests arriving before you complete your booking.

Please ensure you switch off the heating before you leave, if it is found you have left the heating on you will be charged an additional £25
