«There is great attention to detail. The linens, blankets and towels were all so nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes and everything needed for cooking, all is good shape. A walk to the lake gets you exercise and there is a dock with benches and a place to swim. The view from the house is beautiful. Thank you!!»

«If you haven't seen the movie On Golden Pond, you can watch it on YouTube. You'll know exactly what to expect for decor and ambience.This was an exceptional experience! Someone posted about the screen door slamming each time you closed it. My Great Grandparents door did the same, when I didn't control it. I felt like that excited little kid, each time I heard it. We rarely went inside. The screen porch was too peaceful. The loon sounds were mesmerizing. Don't be envious that you have less sun. ...

«Cabin is wonderfully renovated with modern conveniences while fully embracing the "get away from it all" theme. Property was super clean and easy communication with in-town property manager. Fantastic master bedroom and perfect kitchen and sitting area for meals, table games and just disconnecting from it all. Dock with adirondack chairs was peaceful. Loon Lake is perfect by itself, but the supplied 2 kayaks made it even better. Owner is fantastic. Hope to return soon. 5 stars!!»

«We stayed in April to experience the eclipse. The house is right on Moose River. In warmer weather we definitely would have taken advantage of the access as well as the firepit. Close to snowmobile trails and plenty of summer time activities. Would highly recommend. Communication with owner was excellent.»

«The accommodations were perfect and the owner was very responsive. We stayed for the night before sugarloaf marathon, which was a perfect location near the sugarloaf base lodge. It seems like it would also be a perfect location for skiing in the winter. Thanks Jill!»

«Plenty of room (and more to spare) with our family of five: 2 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 8, 10). The lake house was clean and well taken care of inside. Essentials like dishwashing pods, laundry soap, paper products, towels, and shower toiletries were stocked for us. We loved the wood beams and open floor plan. Our youngest loved the outdoorsy décor, especially the moose in one of the bedrooms! The property was gorgeous as well. Plenty of space to park and a huge yard to enjoy. We arrived ...

«My sister and I stayed here with my two pups for the weekend and caught a night show at Sugarloaf, which was a short 35 minute drive. This property was peaceful, quiet, clean and cozy. We had a relaxing Saturday of cooking, letting the pups play in the little creek and relaxing in the super cozy living room. We definitely want to go back for a weekend with our kids. It was a perfect weekend and an amazing property!»

«Not only was the space perfect, but the owners made it that much better. Across the street there is a creek that is so fun to play in. They have an outdoor cooking area that protects you from weather but is so much fun to cook on. The screen room is for games and the humming birds are so silly to watch. There is a fire pit outside and an abundance of nature. The outdoor shower is relaxing too. The beds are so comfy and you have everything you need inside that place. We will be coming back here, ...
