The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but with easy access to major highways into Rochester or over to Niagara Falls. Leslie thinks of everything that you might need while on vacation and then some. Extra bathroom amenities if you forget your own, welcome snacks, a bottle of wine and a great Kuerig coffee selection. «Great house for our group. Convenient location close to Rochester and the colleges we were visiting to spectate our son’s college team. House was very clean and in good order. Enjoyed our visit!»

«The entire building as well as the individual apartment reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The house next door is boarded up and the neighborhood is not great. The entrance to the building and the apartment had a very flimsy electronic lock with no deadbolt, which given the neighborhood is not ideal. I tried to resolve with both the host and vrbo and was given no recourse. We didn’t stay on the property because it smelled so bad and we were forced to shell out for a hotel. STAY AWAY!!!!»
