«We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.»

«The Dartmouth House Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The room was spotless and cozy along with the common areas. The bed was ultra comfy and breakfast was included too. Milena and Gary were fantastic, they made you feel right at home. We stood in the Honeye room on the 3rd floor. This room includes off street parking which is a plus in this neighborhood. Rochester has a unique parking rule where vehicles need to be moved to the otherside of the street after a certain time. That said, I do ...

«The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. »

«Slow check-in. The entire facility, including common areas and guest rooms, is dirty and worn out.
It is so run down, with maintenance obviously negligible, it will take a major renovation to restore it to a 5 star hotel. All carpet is disgusting and should be replaced.
One of the two elevators has been out of service for the last two days. I challenge anyone to look inside the elevators and view how beat up and dirty they are. »
