«Kind of ridiculous that even though my room was ready and I was only 1 hour early you wanted to charge an early arrival fee of $40 on a $400 room . When I refused to pay it , just out of principle, I was told we would need to go find a place to change for golf - so we had to change in our car. Not even the Ritz Carlton charges an early check in , ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ROOM WAS READY ! I have been coming here for years but that little stupid unnecessary fee would make me consider not . Again ...

«The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. Door was difficult to figure out how to lock and just a simple sign ...
