Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again.»

«This hotel is located in a flight path. From 10pm to 3am, planes are flying direct above it. This leaves little to no sleep. Only 2 elevators for a 6 floor hotel and 1 was out of service & apparently has been for over a month. The breakfast buffet was horrible. The elevator wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. Until I mentioned it and it was not cleaned throughout. Lazy guy said he wasn’t finished yet walked out without completing. The beds are very uncomfortable & pillows were flat and hard. «The bathroom switch didnt work, the vent in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, the fridge was not working and smelled like rancid food, the hallways wreaked of cigarettes and garbage, the outlets in the room were loose, the ac would kick on and off and was not maintaining room temperature, the sheets had holes in them and some of the towels smelled mildewy. «Very nice hotel for the cost/location. Close to a lot of shopping/restaurants. The shower heads need to be cleaned better or replaced. Only thing that I saw that affected the cleanliness.»
