«Renovated in 2019 the hotel and the rooms where great. Free laundry was a plus and free, good coffee/cookies every morning. Easy walking to all sightseeing places in San Francisco. Nice playground for the kids and very friendly people working at the hotel. »

It may be helpful to provide an instruction sheet explaining how to operate the AC, as we had some difficulty figuring it out. Overall, a little more guidance and improved ventilation would make the stay more comfortable.»

«We had no good experience with this place. The cottage wasn't ready even when we arrived late. The next day the shower wasn't working and we had no hot water for a long while. We were traveling with a toddler so the lack of water made everything more complicated. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine because the cottage wasn't ready on time, but the overall experience is still bad.»

«The building is so beautiful and rich in history. You can tell right off the bat how Natalie genuinely cares about preserving the history of this once former, bustling hospital. I was ecstatic when she offered to show us around. We were in awe the entire stay here, looking at every little bit of details - from the church pews to the ramps.
