«A pleasant surprise»

«Great room with great views. Very clean, elegant and up to date room»

«Didn't like the location of our room, it was next door to many people apparently having a party, it was noisy, and had to tell the people twice we couldn't sleep because of the noise as this was at 12:30 am. The insulation between rooms is terrible both from upstairs and down stairs. The complimentary breakfast was terrible and cheaply done. The only thing that was worth having was coffee. Won't ever stay there again.»

«Great hotel! Very clean, spacious, modern, well maintained rooms. Location is very convenient, near shopping and restaurants.»

«People were friendly and helpful. The room was in a noisy location and the mattress was uncomfortable had dips in the middle. The garbage containers in the area were being emptied around 5 in the morning.»

«This is such a unique historic property. You literally step inside an 1850s Victorian mansion, fully furnished with pieces from that time period, but with modern amenities that make your stay comfortable. Breakfast outside was lovely. Georgetown is a small and charming town.»

«Fantastic old hotel. Very clean and staff was amazing»

«I’ve been to this property twice now. This is motel off of the highway, but it’s grade separated so the road noise isn’t an issue. The property has free parking and WiFi. Upon entering the room there is newly added pine-looking cabinet, place to put luggage, and table. The bed is a bit lumpy, but still can sleep through it. In the winter time there is a hvac room unit but I didn’t use it. The sink is outside - retro color. I haven’t seen anywhere else with a stainless steel Kleenex box affixed ...

«Had good breakfast selection.»

«Clean room and friendly staff»

«Beautiful property! The area surrounding was spectacular with its fall colors. We can't wait to come back and stay a bit longer and explore more. The beds were quite comfortable; absolutely amazing vintage experience through out the hotel.»

«Room not cleaned well. Dirty female panties left behind by someone in bathroom on the hair dryer. How did housekeeping possibly miss that?? Bathroom floor had unswept hair. AC loud. Adjacent freeway noise very loud/difficult to sleep. Shower pressure weak and body wash bottle empty. Bathroom had no exhaust fan so it gets hot and foggy very quickly with nowhere to ventilate except into rest of room, which has sealed windows you cannot open to outside. Not a good experience.»

«The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!»
