«I had a wonderful stay this week. The property was super clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet — exactly what I needed. It was also very convenient to get to local spots and meeting places, which made everything so easy during my stay. The hostess, Johana, was quick to respond and very accommodating with my requests. Overall, it was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable ...

The lady who let us in was very understanding that we didn’t break anything and she communicated with me very respectfully and order new dishes . She was very nice and they allowed 18 year olds ...

«When we arrived - an hour and a half *after* check-in - the cleaning lady was midway through her job. She made a call and I talked to Brenda, the owner's assistant, who promised me a rate discount as a result of her mistake. Brenda admitted she got the property mixed up with another one. My husband moved the bed in the middle of the night, and the next ...

«Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and ...
