«The property needs 24h check-in. Our flight arrived late and I had to seek help from Hotels.com staff to get the property to respond. We waited 1.5h to get our keys to check-in and went to bed at nearly 3am. There were no kitchen amenities nor was there breakfast included. The hostel is really good though. This was my first time in a shared room with multiple beds and we were comfortable, enjoyed privacy and the showers were clean. I would stay there again, provided I don’t have to wait ...

«The hostel's facilities was good. Clean, private with the curtains and the wifi worked pretty well. The neigbourhood is not the most interesting, but it is close to lavender train station so it works out (since this is the green line you can take it too/from the airport). The negative side for me was the clientele, they did not take other people into consideration and did not seem intererested in getting to know other people. «They cancelled our booking without letting us know before the day of arriving. When we arrived they did not take card so told us to take out money in cash, we went to the nearest ATM and when we came back they told us that our booking was cancelled and they did not have room for us.»

«This hostel is a fantastic place to stay if you wish to be centrally located in Chinatown and close to all forms of public transit. The room was perfectly adequate, with the exception of the a/c which was fabulous. I wouldn't consider what they offered in the morning as breakfast (bread, jam, peanut butter, cereal), but it was free. They offered instant coffee and tea all day. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I would stay here again!»

«When I went to check in the dude was nowhere to be found. I walked in and asked around until I found who worked there. The gentleman was in the back with no uniform and barely knew English. He then has me wait in the lobby for 5 minutes, maybe he was making my bed, I don’t know. When I got to my bed there was no towel so I told him and he said he’d get me one once they were out of the laundry. Upon my return that evening, there still was not a towel and I had to take a shower without one which ...

«It was fine. There is no pool though. There is a public pool a short walk away, but it is not associated with the hostel. I really only booked the room so I could go for a swim, the staff didnt even know anything about how to access the pool, price, or anything. It worked out ok though. The hostel gym is pretty unusable but the single bed pods are nice and staff was friendly.»
