«Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. «Excellent property, very clean, outstanding kitchen with plenty crockery, cutlery and equipment. We didn't use the utility room as we only there for a weekend. Property on a narrow road so parking for 6 cars was a bonus. Very close to High street, plenty small shops, excellent chippy and pubs. The owner contacted us in the middle of storm Darragh, which was appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to book again»

The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. "Really nice hotel and location. Enjoyed the view over Llandudno as the sun was setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room clean. Only fault I could see is that the silicone in the bathroom had been applied with a shovel and made it look a bit scruffy…and a wobbly toilet seat…but small, easily fixed problems. Room 20."
