«Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. «The owner was very nice, The unit was clean. The only issue we had was getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,»

«Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. »

«This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value.»
