The kitchen and dining area is open into the living room with an open concept.
Master bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a stand up shower.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with adjacent bathroom (shower/tub combo).
The third bedroom has a Queen Bed.
The living room has a sofa that can fold in to a Queen bed.
Off the kitchen area is a screened in lanai with an outdoor couch/seating area to enjoy beautiful Florida evenings!

If you need more space for your family get together- the other side of this duplex is also available for short term rent- Can be found under my listings! Both sides are completely separate and do not have any shared spaces other than the large driveway.

Our home is your home! Nothing is off limits other than a small closed closet we use to store supplies. We appreciate you taking care of our home and belongings just like you would with your own. :)

We will go out of our way to make you feel at home. However, owner reserves the right to cancel reservation without refund for violations of home rules (no parties, no extra guests in property not on original reservation, no smoking, no pets.)

For stays longer than 30 days- we require a mid stay cleaning to be done by our cleaners at the guests' expense. The amount will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
