«The food was why I took off a star. Buffet same every day and not all
That appealing but the reserve sushi and especially the Italian was dreadful. The Italian was below average ranging to actually not edible. From crunchy gnocchi soup to stale sprinkle on mushy tiramisu. Not good at all. Don't do it if you are going to serve tiny portions that are gross.»

«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...

«The staff was awesome! They were all very nice and helpful. The property was nice and clean. Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. It is hilly but we never had any issues with getting a golf cart. Pool was nice, clean and drinks were delicious. My only complaint was the food. It isnt the best just like any other all-inclusive. The Guys restaurant by the pool had a good chicken sandwich, burgers were ok. My wife liked the coffee shop...cheesecake was pretty good there also. Entertainment was good ...

«We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.»

«Overall my wife and I made the best of it and enjoyed; however we will never return to this resort. The good was really the staff. They work very long shifts - you might see the breakfast server as the bartender in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Now the bad…We saw on the site that there was construction at a neighboring resort; however they start early and work until late. The construction could be heard all day long - even during the massage with music on. To add ...
