«The room was okay. Furniture kind of haphazard. There were mattresses stacked at the end of our hall. Rooms were clean but smelled heavily of cleaner and sanitizer trying to cover up smoke smells. We didn't see many staff members. The cleaning lady I saw each day was very kind and replaced our towels each day, which was great. «I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.»

This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all.
