«Stayed for college world series. Further from field than indicated but doable. Biggest con. No elevator so if stairs are an issue that's a no go. Room was king suite. Slept three. Room was huge and well set up Price was good would stay here again»

The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. «I’ve never stayed in hotel with a more difficult TV. Daily we had to sign in with our google account (manually entering a long password). The whole place smelled of disinfectant like a veterinarian clinic. The walls and doors are very thin and the air conditioning was loud and annoying. We paid $175 a night because the college World Series was in town. I believe the regular rate is closer to $50 which would make more sense for this property.»

«The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.»

«We had a very nice stay at the hotel. It is nothing fancy but overall the room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was not great they didnt have much to choose from. The building is definately older but again nothing that really impacted the stay. The staff was nice and very friendly.»

«The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.»

«UNSAFE!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We found out during checkout that our door did not lock; you could walk right in without a key card. There were random holes in the walls, curtains and shower curtains. The curtains and towels were stained. The pool is closed and the sign appears to have been up for a very long time. The "breakfast" is inedible and the equipment is beyond broken down. The elevator inspection on display is from 2020 and under Best Western - definitely not in compliance. I ...
