Checking in was easy. Gentleman at check in was friendly. The room was Filthy! I spent the first 1 1/2 to 2 hours cleaning the entire unit. Grease on table, utensils, coffee pot, all sinks, shower/tub floors and toilets all filthy. Gobs of hair clumps on floor. Hair in sinks and tubs. Toilet had the paper over lid that's supposed to mean it's been cleaned, but when I took the paper off, there was hair and feces on and on the toilet. I was already worried about Covid and luckily had sanitizer and Clorox wipes. I didn't expectit to be immaculate but it was absolutely disgusting. The manager at check in had another renter complaining about the same thing when I went down to talk to him. He said he would reimburse us $110 but have not seen that yet, so we will see. After it was cleaned, the place was otherwise a nice place to stay. Nicely decorated, easy to get to beach, staff was super nice, beach view great, close to everything we needed. I would recommend to stay only if they can guarantee they get better cleaners.

Crescent Beach

The best part of this property is the wonderful balcony with an ocean front view, although someone around us was smoking and we got the smoke. The bedrooms are very small and the main living area is dark, but there is a wonderful light in the kitchen. Linens are not provided unless you pay extra. Also bring along some toilet paper bc you only get 1 1/2 rolls. Insulation is poor as we could hear those in apts around us and the noise from the street at night was loud. Lots of good dishes and pans.
