«Staff were super friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice view of Lake Mead from the balcony. The hotel was not a resort and glitzy like those in the strip, it was affordable, clean, and convenient. Hoover dam was just 4 minutes away and Las Vegas was only 20 minutes down the interstate. Would recommend to anyone and will be staying here next time I’m in the area. »

«Very clean rooms and location, interior and exterior. The staff was really kind and informative as it was my first visit to Phoenix AZ. There was 2 Anthonys there, but both of them were super helpful and polite! Its really great to encounter staff that has great customer service! »

«The room was very nice -lots of space, with nice separation for traveling with kids. There’s a bedroom, bath and vanity slightly separated, and then a sitting room with tv and desk. We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave (there was a good coffee setup), or room service. All food options close at 9 pm or earlier. We didn’t mind the reno construction work. It wasn’t very loud. Kids get up early anyway, and the courtyards and outdoor pool were open and gorgeous. I hope ...

«The worst motel I’ve stayed in. The pool was closed with no explanation. The motel check in employee was rude and emotionless and should not work in the service profession. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled smoke and there was a sigarett in the nightstand drawing. Really dirty and gross place!»

«Just a clean, cute and safe place to stay. Does it look as great as the pictures make it out to look? Of course not, but that’s how it goes and that’s why I’m doing this review. I haven’t been to this part of Arizona and as we came into town and headed to Rise, we were a little concerned.
