«Upon arrival, the property had not been thoroughly vacuumed, and we needed to address this ourselves. Additionally, some of the bed linens had an unpleasant odor. The garage on the left side did not open with the provided access code, and the water heater appeared to be malfunctioning, as the kitchen faucet and the bedroom on the far right had only cold water throughout our stay. Overall, given the price paid, we expected a higher standard and a better experience.»

«The home was exactly as described and definitely met our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for the week. Everything was well-organized and labeled with detailed instructions to make our stay pleasant. The location is a short walk to the cute downtown Kings Beach area and beach, and it was just a short drive to Diamond Peak and Northstar ski resorts. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Tahoe!»
