MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a plush queen-size bed, a private bathroom for your convenience, a TV for your entertainment, a closet, and a private balcony offering serene forest views – the perfect place to start and end your day in peace.
SECOND BEDROOM
Our second bedroom is equally inviting, with its comfortable queen-size bed, TV, and ample closet space, ensuring a restful night`s sleep.
LIVING ROOM
Unwind in the inviting living area, which features comfortable seating, a TV, a fireplace, and large windows that bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. The convertible couch transforms into a Queen-Sized bed that can comfortably accommodate two people.

The showers in both our Master Bathroom and guest bathroom are beautifully designed to elevate your bathing experience. We have stocked it with shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience. These bathrooms not only offer functionality but also add a touch of luxury to your Northstar getaway.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Our well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need for cooking, including a convenient coffee machine. To kickstart your stay, we provide a welcoming kit complete with coffee, ensuring your mornings are off to a great start. The adjacent dining area features a spacious table that comfortably seats 5 people, perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there`s a bar area with seating for 3 more, creating a versatile and inviting space for dining or simply unwinding. For added convenience, the kitchen includes a pantry where you can store your culinary essentials and snacks.
LAUNDRY ROOM
We understand the importance of having the essentials readily available. That`s why our chalet includes a dedicated laundry room. Here, you`ll have access to a washer and dryer, making it effortless to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

NORTHSTAR RECREATION AREA
We offer guest cards for access to the Northstar Recreation facilities. The pool, hot tub, and gym are situated within the Northstar Recreation facilities and are shared with other guests. Please note that all patrons aged 4 and above using these guest cards will be required to pay an $10.00 entrance fee.
Guests have full access to the house.

When planning to travel during the winter and summer months, it is highly recommended to consider obtaining Airbnb travel insurance at the time of booking your accommodation. Winter weather conditions in Tahoe can have heavy snowfall. By securing travel insurance, you can enjoy the reassurance and financial protection it offers in case of any unexpected events or disruptions caused by the snowy weather.
Winter Snow Season
We highly recommend 4-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicles during the snow season. We provide a driveway plow service and shoveling for pathways; however, snow may accumulate between service times. Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather-related events.
Lost/Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you leave something behind, we are happy to ship it to you if found. A handling fee plus all shipping costs will be charged.
Credit Card Processing Fee
4% Non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
Garbage and recycling: The recycling bin is located under the sink. Please use it for recycling only. The silver bin is for everything else.
Never leave trash outside! Tahoe is known for its bear population. Make sure to take out all trash and recycling and drive to the dumpsters located 5-minute drive.
No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and comfortable space, kindly remove your shoes upon entering the house.
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is subject to a $250 fee.
Return Items: If you move something during your stay, we kindly request that you return it to its original location.
