«Location location location! I was within walking distance for everything. My husband and I stayed the weekend with our daughter, her partner and two small children. They took the first floor bed and bathroom and we had the top floor. Spacious and clean. Wonderful visit to a quaint town.»

«This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. »

«Beautiful upstairs, seperated, private room with a balcony and plenty of privacy. Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town»

«The house was perfect for my family while attending the Newport Jazz Festival. It was a fantastic space where we had enough room to bond and decompress from long days listening to fantastic music. The space was clean, comfortable, and we easily felt right at home quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities were lovely.
