«The place was so outdoorsy and cosy! We loved the horses and ducks! The host was very welcoming and kind. This is a great quiet getaway! Christmas music was playing when we entered the house, and so was a lovely charcuterie tray with wine. Very relaxing getaway!»

«We absolutely loved our stay! It felt like a very relaxed inn out on the west coast or a cozy summer camp. A gem in the Highlands! Immaculate vibes and no pretentiousness that can sometimes be found in the area. Everything was thoughtfully curated and styled. It was truly relaxing. We enjoyed the firepit they had going in the evenings and the convenient and delicious coffee bar in the lobby each morning! We will be back soon!»

«Alan id always an amazing treat to speak and visit with, and is an amazing host.The property is in an amazing location, privacy is top notch, and the amenities are well prepared and very comfortable.This is my 3rd stay, and they have always been better the next time as I better learn the area.Blessings!!!!Wade»

«We really enjoyed our stay. The location in reference to downtown was great. You are about 3 miles from downtown Highlands. The cottage was clean and well equipped for us. If you’re lucky, you may see wildlife like we did. A deer showed up one early evening and we were visited by 2 rabbits just about every day late afternoon. The only negative was that the mattress is super firm. So just be mindful of that if important to you. Overall, the stay was great, and we would highly recommend. Dana the ...

«Overall good stay. Several of the windows did not close fully wish let bugs in and the parking is tight but you can use the garage which helps. It is a nice location right on the lake. All in all it is convenient and nice for a short getaway. »
