«Clean and a great size for four of us! Owners were great with communication. We loved that there were snacks sitting out and coffee and tea available. There were also many other amenities available - shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrushes, laundry and dish soap. It all made for a great stay! Couch and beds were all comfy.»

«The property was clean inside and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. And a nice central location in a quiet neighborhood. The yard looks pretty bad but that was just visual. The only problem was the ac. The house has rolling units in each room that don’t cool enough. And because they are screwed into the windows, the windows don’t open. So while it cooled down at night we couldn’t open the windows to take advantage of the cool air and instead were mildly uncomfortable with the temp. There are ...

«Host was responsive to messages. I had an issue with the lock box that was brought to their attention and wasn't fixed. Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. However at times it was LOUD, light fixtures and mirror on the wall would shake. Maybe they don't realize how much the sound travels. «Quaint, comfortable, convenient and peaceful. It was well furnished meeting all our needs. The owner was easy to communicate with and we had such a great stay! We loved the cafe next door as well! »
