«Wonderful, quiet, older neighborhood and our party of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Pulpit Rock Park was lovely, though we didn't get very far after stopping to watch the local wildlife just in the nearby yards - rabbits, squirrels (of course), birds and a small herd of mule deer bucks browsing in someone's landscaping. Kitchen had the essentials (though could use some better lighting and outlets). Games and books available to entertain guests in the comfortable living room space. Would certainly stay ...

People rent houses, we make them feel like home. For that, a lot needs to happen. Our host was flawless in their communication. «A very nice house for anyone and especially nice if you have pets. My doggy's loved the fenced in yard. Nice patio to set outside and see the mountains. Beds were comfortable. Everything nice and clean. We were very comfortable here and Patty was an awesome host!! If we need to rent a house in Colorado Springs again it will be Patty's house definitely!!»

«We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.»
