«Beds at hard as rocks and not queen size as it said it was, breakfast meager, room not very clean. Eyelashes on the towels. Ice machine out. Had to ask to open pool and it was full of bugs my husband cleaned it out. Hoping we didn’t collect any bed bugs. Shower was weak due to water leaking around faucet in our room the kids room was fine. The old saying you get what you pay for is true. Saving money doesn’t always pay off. «Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.»

«The front desk staff was extremely helpful! We booked two rooms, and even though we didn’t initially request they be connected, they worked to make it happen! The breakfast was great all 3 mornings we were there. There were people who came down at 8:45 (they stop serving at 9) and upset that there were not a full array of options available, but common sense says there won’t be. Other than that, the selection differed each day which was nice. The location is wonderful if going to Kings Island ...

«Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again.»

«This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit. I give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you 😊»

«Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.»

«This hotel is full of mold. The 1st room. I was in had visible mold in the corners of the room and on the bathroom ceiling. It was horrible. The 2nd room was better mold but still poorly renovated.»
