The night management was very rude. We had our service dog with us, and origibally we were going to have him stay with a family member overnight since I was with my husband, the arrangements fell through so we went to the office to let the night clerk know that we had our service animal, my husband showed him all his credentials, and the man told him no that we would have to leave. My husband explai ed that he was a service animal and he couldnt deny hom access, so the man prkceeded yo ask my husband several questions that he is not supposed yo ask, and the. Told him that he would still have to leave. So we went and colle ted our belongings at which time the mab called and said we could stay but we would nkt get our deposit vack if there was any i divation of the dog being in the room. The morning we spoke to the hotel mabager and she was apologetice and very nice .
