«Loved staying at this brand new accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany at the front desk. The rooms are luxurious and clean with amazing views of Houston. The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here.»

«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»
