«Staff is always pleasant, helpful, professional and polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This is the same place we stay when business brings me to Houston every 7-8 weeks.»

«The lobby was eye appealing and smelled very good. We were assigned to a room on the first floor that was not very clean and the bathroom floor was wet. We soon realized that it was due to a leaky shower. I reported this to the clerk at the front desk and her response was "oh they did tell me that room had that problem." She apologized and moved us to another room that was better and not set up for handicap. The television hardly had any channels so we had to watch Netflix on our tablet.»

«Kjempe bra hotell. Ble møtt av meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Hotellet var flott julepyntet. Rommet kjempe bra. Likeledes maten.»

«That the restaurant was not open during the day for coffee. Some food was available in the refrigerator - very small selection! The coffee served in the room was pathetic - don't understand they can even call that coffee! Does not even compare to weak tea. If they are paying for that coffee and tea service it is a waste of money! The bar is closed in the evening!»
