«First of all the pictures do not do justice to this place. It is pretty new construction with upgraded fixtures. The location is a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenience stores and coffee shops within walking distance. Just minutes from downtown but yet far enough away. The person who manages the property is very responsive… within minutes. The owner lives on site but you wouldn’t know it unless you need help. I would love to rent this again.»

«Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. »
