«Another great stay at the Granduca in Houston. Warm, welcoming staff everwhere you go. Beautiful interior and feels very cozy. Lovely breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The rooms are clean and we had a lovely deep bathtub. Nice shallow pool and jacuzzi in the back of the hotel. Local area is nice where its actually possible to walk to a restaurant and its not too far to walk to Galleria either.»

«Comfortable bed, large room, and the Wi-Fi and lounge area were solid for a business trip. Still, front desk Michael delivered the rudest service I’ve experienced in years, which overshadowed the positives. I’ve lodged a detailed complaint with the hotel. I’ll be cautious about booking here again unless management addresses this.»

«We really enjoyed our stay at the Reside. The apartment was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised that our apartment came with a jacuzzi tub. Great experience! Can't wait to visit again. :)»
