Some distant sounds of train can be heard at night. But it's not a concern to us at all. Management is definitely outstanding. «This is a great place on Lake Erie. It's comfortable, clean and quiet. The owner was very friendly and accommodating -- she was there when we needed her but not intrusive. The room was recently remodeled, everything in perfect order and thoughtfully designed and laid out. Generous treats and coffee, even treats for the pups. Will definitely stay here again!»

«Stayed here 3 nights for Cedar Points. Very qiuck check in, nice and friendly staff, clean big rooms. Looks like 2 and 2 rooms are connected with a door inbetween them, so you ca hear your neighbour VERY good. But if your are going to Cedar, you wont be staying here much anyway. Absolutely recommend this place and save some bucks!»

«The motel in a quiet area with a path to walk to a small beach area with a great view. Staff were sweet as can be, check in and out went very smoothly. The porch area around my room door was noticeably buggy and there were several mosquitos that had gotten into my room, but it’s understandable given the proximity to the lake. I had a really hard time getting the water warmed up, you may have a cold shower or I might have gotten unlucky. Other than a couple spots on the floor and the stray bugs, ...

«We loved staying at the Glass House! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. It was very clean. Everything we needed was there. The large open kitchen/living area was very comfortable and conducive to visiting with friends. Also there were plenty of areas indoors and out to hang with friends or have some quiet time on your own. The lake and bay views are incredible!! We will most likely rent it again in the future.»
