«Very nice room with walkout sliding doors. I loved the room. Everything was clean. The pool was little too cold. There was not much choice on food. The Barn was a buffet which is too much food for me and closed at seven. The only other option was pizza that they make there. Need other food choices nearby. Maybe some food trucks around. Overall I really liked our stay. Quiet and comfortable. Good brrakfast.»

«My room at West Bank Inn was a bit dated but very clean. The Inn had a very beachy vibe with a lakeside balcony. The bed was so comfortable and the shower felt really good...ample hot water with good pressure. There is also a Keurig with K-cups on the bottom level with 24 hour access and vending on the second floor. «Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. «The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.»

«Wow! What a great place to stay in Findlay! All the other hotels had mixed reviews, but this one was different with at a very reasonableprice, so I booked it. It definitely did not disappoint. «I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???»

«Location itself needs major updating, bathroom was "clean" but certainly could be cleaner. The room was spacious for what was paid. Needed a Ice bending machine but none of the 2 in the property worked and it looked that they had not worked for a long time. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect, decent. Parking on site was good. Staff was friendly.»

«When I got to the address listed in this booking it was an abandoned Days Inn with no people in site. There was zero signage indicating I was in the right place and it felt unsafe and super sketchy. I did not stay here and will be using my travel insurance for false advertising/the motel not apparently existing as advertised»
