«Visited GJ and our daughter who lives locally. The home was clean and comfy and in close proximity to our daughter. Walking distance to downtown and a lovely local coffee shop. Hikes in the Mesas, bikes, and visited the mountains to take in the colorful trees. »

«What a wonderful find close to Powderhorn! Communication with the owner was above and beyond. Everything was clean and very comfortable. There was an amazing welcome basket for us to enjoy, which was much appreciated after a very long drive. Heated garage parking was an added bonus.»

«I enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shops. We had hot water in showers and the heater really heated the space well. The bed in the back is full size and not a queen. We wish we knew that but there is a pull out bed if the full size doesn't work for you.»

«We had a great time at our stay! The house was nicely updated, very clean, and well maintained. Sitting in the hot tub with views of the Book Cliffs is a pretty incredible experience. The area was also quiet yet convenient to access Grand Junction and Fruita. We would stay again in a heartbeat.»

«This was a great place to stay for my two daughters, wife, and myself while we skied two days at Powderhorn resort. It has a nice layout for the space. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The Weber grill worked to perfection. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, ice maker, dishwasher, and the extra towels provided. Host did a great job of communicating. The beds were a little softer than I prefer, but nothing I lost any sleep over. Overall the lighting options ...
