«When we arrived they did not have a suite available, which is what we reserved. They offered us a queen with sofa bed and a roll away. It was late so we decided to stay. The bed would hardly come out of the sofa and the roll away had to be placed touching the side of the sofa bed… very uncomfortable situation for a grandma and grandson.
