«Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help ...
