«We highly recommend staying @ Savannah Sanctuary. Everything was perfect. We had all the luxury of just like being home. We cooked, made smoothies, a birthday celebration cake and our grands had the best time. They asked us on the way home to book again for next year. The farm house decor was beautifully displayed with real antiques. It was clean and neat place with fresh farm air. It was quiet and relaxing too. We enjoyed meeting our sweet host and they were so kind to us.)»

«I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning»

«This stay was excellent for our needs. Booking and check in easy and quick. Property was clean and well maintained. Host was friendly and attentive. Quick response with any communication. Great place to stay and great price! Bed was comfortable for a great night sleep! »

«The property was accurately described. It was nice. I ended up changing my travel plans and adding a day to arrive sooner and requested to drop the last day but the host wouldn’t accomodate a request made a week prior and I was still charged $800 for the last night I didn’t use. The bedding was mediocre at best. Pillows were very poor quality, as were the sheets and covers. Overall an ok stay, prices were very high parents weekend everywhere. No cable.»

«Cute little place and a great location for parents with kids living in Rowandale.»

«I liked having a whole apartment with separate bedroom in a quite neighborhood versus a typical hotel room on the noisy main street in town.»

«Cozy and warm resting place. Safe to walk the neighborhood. Accommodating to our fur babies. Marianne was a great host. Worked with us to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend the Hummingbird Cottage!»

«We had a short stay in Oxford for student orientation. This place was only a short 5 min drive or less to campus, maybe 10 minutes to Walmart. Great location. Quiet area and well maintained. Love being able to park right at the front door. Although we didn’t use the kitchen utensils or cook there, they had everything you would need to do so. Separate private bedroom for guests if you needed to use the pull out couch for extra guests. Large bedroom & closet. Plenty of clothing storage.  ...

«Stayed here in the way to Gulf Shores and back. It is perfectly in the middle of traveling from southeast Iowa or Northeast Missouri.»
