«We had a wonderful time. The hosts was more than welcoming. And went out of their way to accommodate us. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed. We had a crowd for Thanksgiving and the host kept on bringing stuff over that we could use. There was plenty of supplies, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The refrigerator had food in it for us to use as well. Couldn't have had a better time. We are looking forward to staying again. Thank you so much for the great memories.  ...

«The house was spotless, and very well maintained. Every need was anticipated, even for pet dogs. It was decorated very nicely. The furniture in the house looked fine but was so uncomfortable we found it impossible to stay. The mattress on the bed was so soft, my husband was unable to sleep on it. «Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. The setting is beautiful with the creek in the back yard and a lovely outdoor area with a deck, fire pit, chairs and hanging lanterns. «We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! «We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the tipi. We booked for one night so we could be close by to ride the Bike railway. I wish that I had reserved more nights, it was such a nice experience.
