«Our room smelled like smoke and was musty, they did try to accommodate but the other one was worse. Our toilet was spraying water out of the top, and the bathroom was dirty. They came to fix the toilet but didn’t clean the bathroom. I even sent pictures. Staff was super nice and tried to be as helpful as possible though!!!»

«The lodge is a beautiful hidden gem! Rooms are very nice and clean. The view from the window is amazing, and you can go down and sit outside to enjoy that view of the mountains even more. There's a restaurant on-site that's pretty good, and in addition to hiking the Falls while you're there, you can do ziplining and archery as well. Great place!»

«I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night.
Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us.
Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken.»

«The breakfast was above average for a hotel in this class with nice cheese omelets and sausage links each morning, in addition to other things that I didn't eat. The pool area needs some love. They do have a pool but the lighting there is very dim and dark and it feels "scary" for kids to swim there. It's like the backrooms. The room's beds were comfortable and clean. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night until I checked on that around 5pm.»

«I asked for a room in front of the hotel when I arrived because I am disabled but she wouldn't give me one because they have an elevator. When we let to get dinner the close parking was taken. It was harder on me getting things in and out.
I paid an extra 30.00 for my pet but they hadn't mowed thier grass which made it hard to walk him. I just feel if they allow pet's they should have a place for them to walk.
The area was nice it was right up the street from all the shops.»
