«Had a great stay at Ratilanna, we found the hotel to be well maintained and liked the location. Rooms was spacious and comfortable. The personnel was very serviceminded and helpful. Hotel is a bit outside the city centre but a 5-10 min grabride takes you easy to and back to the city. Breakfast was very nice. A bit high price in the bar and I wish they extended their "happy hour" it was a bit limited compared to othe hotels we have stayed in. All in all a great stay»

«Amazing experience 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the night bazaar.
We were here during the great flooding in October 2024, and the hotel couldn't have handled it better. They tried their very best to keep the guest comfortable and safe. They offered different means of transportation to dry areas of the city.
People were allowed to cancel their reservations to move other places.
Best service ever!
And at last a shout out to Joe in housekeeping, always smiling and willing to serve ...

«Air con in my room was not working, also had problems with connection to the TV via cromecast. The hotel fixed the issues after being made aware. »

«The family suite had a very bad smell. Something wrong with the pipes.. ?
We stayed only one short night. The whole 5th floor had a special scent, unfortunately.
