«Beautiful 2nd floor condo. Perfect for 2 couples. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Easy access with elevator to 2nd story. Plenty of parking close. Great restraunts close. Breakfast burritos available outside the condo in parking lot. The next time we stay in Santa Fe we will try to rent this place again.»

«The rental had a great floor plan with the primary bedroom in the back. The dining/living room was very spacious. It was wonderful having 2 bathrooms, especially having a soaking tub in the primary! There were spectacular views from every window! I can’t say enough about the amenities: large heated garage, washer & dryer, small appliances, and all basic cooking essentials. «This property was perfect for us on a girlfriend getaway. It is close to downtown, easy access to the railroad where the farmers market is, and it is clean and safe. We liked that the gate to the door had a hook on it inside which made us feel safer. The property was clean and had everything we needed to cook, enjoy movies together and have some private time if needed. «We stayed at this great condo. It was not far from where Mom lived in her assisted living complex. The condo was comfortable and we slept well. We brought our dog which was wonderful. He too was comfortable in the space. The area is quiet and we enjoyed the natural surroundings. Great weekend. Would like to go back in the warmer seasons to enjoy the patio.»

«Pros: The home was nicely updated and the location was convenient and great for kids. Amenities in the home were just what we needed and expected from the pictures. The main room has a very soft and comfortable bed. Cons: The fan in the main room was so dirty it rained down fuzz when turned on. «This apartment was an excellent place to stay - lots of room, stocked kitchen, very clean, and we all loved the decor throughout. There were a handful of adults and two kids and the space fit us perfectly. We walked to a nearby brewery for dinner and also walked to Meowwolf which was a nice easy walk. «We spent 2 weeks in February. The home was well appointed, beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. We will definitely stay again. The only issue is asking guests to start laundry in the community laundry room before they leave. The washer was in use the morning of our departure, so we couldn't do it.»

«Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.»
