Beginning winter 2026, the brand-new six-person high-speed chairlift will open just next door, making this condo one of the closest places to stay for direct mountain access. The new ticket office is also being constructed adjacent to the condo complex, meaning your ski day starts with an easy, flat walk of approximately 200 feet from the complex to the lift—no driving, no shuttles, and no carrying gear across parking lots.

Need equipment? Ski rentals are located immediately next door, with another rental shop directly across the street.

Located on the second floor, the condo combines updated finishes with comfortable mountain charm and has been completely furnished with all new furniture.

Small mountain-resort village next to Angel Fire Resort with a quiet, high-elevation alpine vibe. Short walking distance to ski-resort lifts/amenities depending on unit location, several local rental offices, a ski shop and cafes on or near Aspen Street, a golf course and trailheads within minutes. Streets can be narrow and seasonally snowy — many properties are vacation condos or cabins.

Most guests rely on a car (4WD or snow tires recommended in winter). The village is compact and walkable for short trips (shops, ski shuttles, restaurants) but public transit is very limited. Angel Fire Resort operates local shuttles during peak ski season; private shuttles/taxi/ride-hailing options are sparse and may require booking in advance. Angel Fire Airport (AXX) serves general aviation and small charters; nearest commercial service is at Taos Regional Airport (SKX) and Albuquerque International Sunport (ABQ).
