«We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.»

«The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The supermarket and the restaurants on the beach in Cabarete are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. A lovely walk along the beach. We found our stay very nice and have already stayed in this complex for the second time.»

«We had a wonderful time here! This is our third time staying in Kite Beach. We absolutely loved Michael and Alicia's place! The condo was so clean and bright and the decor was so tastefully executed. We had everything we could've needed for our stay. The guide book provided was extremely helpful and overall, the staff were superb! We had a bit of a long wait before we could check in but I think that was due to unforseen circumstances. «Beautiful location and view. We had a first floor unit but still had an ocean view. The pool was nice and next to the ocean. We could walk the beach nearly all the way into Cabarete. Daniel, our host was a fantastic communicator and responded within 30 minutes to any question. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Nixon the host was great. Property grounds beautiful! They had some maintenance issues but Nixon was on all of them. He also knows the area very well and can answer any questions.»

«Location is very nice and quiet but still just a few blocks from downtown. As long as you don't have physical limitations. you will not need a car or taxi. Ocean view is limited so I would not go there for that. There is no elevator and lots of stairs so if you have physical limitations keep that in mind when choosing this location and room. Guards are there 24/7 and very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will return.»
