«We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! «A really fantastic stay all around. The place was spacious, very clean, up to date, very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we need for almost a two week stay and felt like a home away from home. Also very conveniently located, everything in Redding just less than a 10 minute drive in any direction. «The original cabin we were assigned had some power outlet problems in one bedroom, and the hostess immediately moved us to another cabin - with great apologies. The cabins were well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. But there was a funk about it that included dated decor and furniture, with plenty of reminders about Bigfoot.
