«This house has a great view! Unfortunately the house needs attention & maintenance. The carpet needs cleaning,. The stove was missing two knobs & was not usable. The refrigerator was not available when we arrived. We put everything in the freezer till the fridge cooled off. There’s no light in frig, an overhead light in kitchen. There was clothes in washer & in dryer, so it wasn’t usable. The bedding & bath linens were stored across from washer/dryer in garage. where there was rodent feces ...

«Very nice little property about 25 miles from Sedona. A little further away than I realized but that’s my fault for not looking at a map. Has everything for a great base to explore the region and all the national monuments in the area. Very good communication and has everything needed for a stay. Great coffee shop less than 2 miles away!»
