«Very nice and new home. Super comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Accurate listing. Sleeps 12 in beds and then has two floor mattresses. It was a nice touch having a ping-pong table in the garage along with a video game console. We really enjoyed our four nights there and would definitely stay at this house again.»

«Thank you for providing accommodations during our stay. We found it to be a delightful little cottage that was well maintained/stocked and provided for. My only detriment was lack of air-conditioning that I don’t believe was identified in the literature. Since we were elsewhere during most of the day, it was not a major issue as the area cooled off at night and we were comfortable. Had we spent more time there during the day, it might have been uncomfortable. I would recommend it for others ...

«Beautiful place at the base of humphreys. Battery was dead in the keypad so we had to get the owner's. There was a dead bird in the wood stove that we found. Doesn't really accommodate a ton of people just one bed with a blow up mattress.»

«This is a great place. All we did was sleep there really. We never figured out how to change the channel on the TV. Storage Wars was on every minute the TV was on. The children thought this was hilarious. We didnt care but if TV is important to you, I would check the status. Joe was quite cautionary about bears and mountain lions so we spent our 2 days in Sedona and our nights inside the loft lol. Super close to Williams if you are taking the train to Grand Canyon.»
