«Dana is a super host! The cottage is perfect for 1-2 people and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are absolutely perfect. It is efficient to the max- everything you need. She supplied coffee, tea, oils and seasoning for cooking. She has everything you need for cooking - hot plates, fryer and pans, and much more. The refrigerator is not the usual small but bigger with more than enough room for our needs. There are so many good places to eat in Newport. Love Dana’s place; it’s cozy, ...

«If you enjoy a well restored classic, vintage place this is it. The location was perfect for walking. Close by are shops, dining, and attractions such as museums. The interior is very well done as that it kept all of the charm without sacrificing comfort. The kitchen is cozy with everything anyone could need to make a meal. A sitting room is a pleasant space to relax if traveling with other people. I told my husband I would buy this place in a heartbeat. A lovely experience.»

«The view of the aunset was spectacular!! Condo was as presented. This is a beautiful location steps from the beach. There was absolutely nothing we could complain about with the condo other than it we definitely noticed it was spider season, we found several in the unit. I did mention this to the manager and he said he would handle it immediately. This is nothing I fault the owners or manager about, considering the location and shrubbery around the units.
