«This condo was gorgeous and incredibly clean. We did not have to worry about anything other than we forgot beach towels but they had them at the counter to rent for the day. The staff at Encantame Towers were incredible. They all spoke English and were very accommodating. We had the best time. The food and drinks were a little pricier than what I was expecting but sooo delicious, handmade salsa and guac right at your table! «We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time.»

«This condo was gorgeous, large and overall a great experience for our family. Some things to note...the phase 3 building are currently under construction. There was construction everywhere and at first we thought we went to the wrong building. There is no check in per se. We had to go to the sales office to get paper bracelets to use the pool (they didnt have the plastic laminated ones available yet), they also did not have parking passes, which made getting in interesting a few times. «This was the worst room that we have ever experienced. The host was horrible and didn’t fix anything, but the unit was so bad it needs to be remodeled. Called VRBO and they did nothing. All around worst service that we have experienced in Mexico. False advertising, not room in pictures on VRBO.»

«Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously. ...

«This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!»
