«The place was an alright place to stay, especially for the price. The floors are uneven and the dishes available were lacking, there were not enough for us to eat. The couch is needing updated and the beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have ever slept on. There was lots of room for us to spread out, which was nice. We did see a cockroach while we were there, but I believe it is typical in the area.»

Perfect home feeling, nestled in Lousiana’s nature. We enjoyed the view of the lake and did some kayaking. Gathered around the table inside and out and enjoyed meals together. «We enjoyed our weekend for a volleyball tournament. We had 4 adults and 5 teenage girls. They loved the upstairs movie room & enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed eating supper and relaxing in the evenings at this lovely place with a beautiful lake view.»

«Property is just as described. The porch over the water is serene. Fish weren't biting, the area is slightly flooded, but a very relaxing getaway. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available, just bring your groceries and don't forget the coffee. The town of Jefferson is nearby with nice restaurants and plenty of antique shops.»

«Charming old house near ULM. The house is fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathroom and bedroom doors are not lockable due to old age. Overall, the house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but it needs more electrical outlets for phone charging as some rooms have no electrical outlet or only one outlet. I would stay again if I need to come to ULM.»

«The house was setup very nicely .We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms were nice, I like the boathouse with fish cleaning station we had 2 fishing boats and was plenty of room for them , it was a little tight getting 2 trailers and 2 trucks in yard if center chain link fence was down it would of been a bit easier for our trailers to get in Overall it is a very nice place and we was very pleased»

She always goes above and beyond to communicate and make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. Since we love art, we were delighted as we opened the door and were greeted by a red, white and blue metal fish on the counter, the blue and red dog painting, various scenes from New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints. My wife won’t stay if cleanliness is in question, and she thought it looked and smelled great.The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, had a back yard for the pets, easy parking right next to house, just an overall warm feeling place.
